After decades spent helping students find their voices on stage -- and helping goalkeepers find their confidence on the soccer field -- Jason launched This Is For Everyone to demystify how best to prepare for college and high school interviews.
Jason's approach to interview prep fuses a dramatist's understanding of human motivation with practical experience in a variety of competitive industries.
In 2019, Jason was recognized by the Colorado Thespian's Association as their Drama Teacher of the Year for his passionate, student-driven approach to the creative process at St. Anne's Episcopal School.
Prior to joining St. Anne's, Jason served as the General Manager of the Pali Blues in the USL W-League -- a team featuring such luminaries as Alex Morgan and Kelly O'Hara -- where his innovations in marketing and community outreach earned the franchise national recognition.
Indeed, since graduating from Middlebury College in 2001, Jason has worn many hats. He has pitched screenplays on the studio lots of Sony and Universal, spent a year as an artist-in-residence with The Rutgers University Institute on Ethnicity, and captivated auditoriums as a high school motivational speaker. He's also busted concrete, hauled rebar, and spent eight-hour days making cold calls and ripping commissions out of a boiler room on Wall Street. As a former All-State Goalkeeper, Jason has over 20+ years of coaching experience, from the youth to elite high school level.
Most of all, Jason understands how to inspire confidence in young people. While most interview prep programs want students to rehearse prescribed answers -- a technique that any good admissions rep can sniff out a mile away -- Jason teaches young people how be prepared to answer any question with authenticity and confidence.
Jason's process starts with helping his clients better understand their own strengths, passions, curiosities and values. Armed with this knowledge and understanding, Jason's clients then learn how to manage the entire interview from start to finish.
Jason's approach has helped students ace interviews for highly competitive colleges and elite high school programs. He has helped artists and athletes, introverts and extroverts. And he can do the same for you.
